Refund policy

🛍️ Nifty Nabz Return & Refund Policy

Effective: April 4th, 2025

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your order. That said, due to the nature of our business model (made-to-order and dropshipped items), all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description.

✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The item was damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.

  • You provide photo or video evidence of the issue within 72 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Returns without prior approval will be refused.

🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Made-to-order / Print-on-demand products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or personal-use goods

  • Orders placed with incorrect sizing or accidental choices

💸 Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee, which covers inspection, handling, and administrative time.

This amount will be deducted from the refund total. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired item.

🇪🇺 EU Customers

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must still be unused, in original packaging, and meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If eligible, a refund (minus any fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
